The compression molding process of silicone wristband is like a key process that gives the product a soul, which directly determines the presentation effect and service life of the wristband pattern. The demolding process seems simple, but it is actually a mystery. If the demolding operation is improper, it is very easy to damage the molded wristband and destroy the integrity of the pattern. Experienced operators will select the appropriate demolding agent according to the characteristics of the silicone, and master the appropriate demolding force and angle to avoid scratches, tears or deformation of the pattern due to brute force pulling. This process requires not only skilled techniques, but also an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of silicone materials.

The post-processing process after compression molding will further affect the clarity and durability of the wristband pattern. For example, through grinding, polishing and other processes, burrs and defects on the surface of the wristband can be removed to make the pattern smoother and more delicate; while surface treatment methods such as oil spraying and glue dripping can protect the pattern while enhancing its color saturation and three-dimensional sense, improving the overall visual effect, and making the pattern more wear-resistant and scratch-resistant in daily use.

In addition, the quality and formula of the silicone raw material itself complement the compression molding process. High-quality silicone raw materials have good fluidity and uniform vulcanization speed, which can better fit the shape and details of the mold. With the exquisite compression molding process, it finally presents a clear, beautiful and durable pattern. Even with advanced molds and processes, inferior raw materials are difficult to achieve the desired effect.
